Requests and confirmation
Sending the form creates a transfer request, not a confirmed booking. The business reviews availability and journey details, calculates the final price and sends a separate confirmation.
- Requests must be sent at least 24 hours before pickup.
- No real-time availability is offered.
- The quoted final price applies only after it has been confirmed for the reviewed journey.
Payment
Payment is made directly to the driver by cash or card. There is no online payment and no deposit is required.
Cancellations
A confirmed transfer may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. The final reviewed terms must define the contact method and any consequences of later cancellation or non-attendance.
Airport pickups and delayed flights
A flight number is required for airport pickup. It is used to monitor arrival changes and help adjust the pickup when a flight is delayed. Meet & Greet with a name sign is optional.
- Waiting for delayed flights is part of the intended service, but it is not an unlimited waiting guarantee.
- Final meeting instructions are supplied after the request is accepted.
- Material itinerary changes should be communicated as soon as possible.
Passengers, luggage and vehicles
Vehicle suitability is checked against passenger and luggage details before confirmation. Child seats are available on request; include the child’s age or seat requirement. Representative vehicle images do not promise a specific make or model.
